Hidan has his Ritual Circle prepared already, he just needs naruto's blood. Naruto has no limited on transformation time, and if naruto summons clones they are also blindfolded.

Naruto still rapes with low diff. He's a sensor, a Sage Sensor not to forget so he doesn't need to be able to see in order to defeat an opponent with such a simplistic fighting style as Hidan.
