Personality: Arrogant, self-centered, prideful, over-confident, and most of all dangerous. Laval is someone who invites challenge, no matter the power gap between him and his opponent.

Background Information
History: As a child, Laval accidentally rid his instructor of his essential bodily fluids during a training exercise. The rare ability known as Scorch Release corrupted Laval at a young age, and he would soon master this power. Neighbors were terrified of him and reports were sent to the Kazekage, wishing for Laval's banishment from the village. Angered, he ravaged the village and nearly harmed the Kazekage before being tranquilized by the royal guards. Thrown outside of the border, Laval desired nothing more than the village's demise.
During his time in the Shinobi World, Laval noticed that his scorch ability was lacking; it was weak compared to the others. He took a break from ravaging lands, and sought to find a power that will ascend him to supreme dominion. After weeks of travel, he stumbled upon an individual named Priest. His presence alone made Laval tremble in fear. There, Priest willingly accepted Laval to the Bartholomew Clan, containing a power he had never seen before. As he learned, he rejected his unique scorch chakra and changed his self-titled alias. He was no longer the Blessing of the Flames, but instead the Blessing of the Earth.
