I always wondered why was Minato's rasengan always seemed larger then Naruto's?

Could be the same case with difference between Chidori and Raikiri?

Because he is the best user. That is his base rasengan.

Minato's normal rasengan was always seemed larger then Naruto's when he is creating it , but here is seems quite normal as it should be or is it just a difference in drawing? But yeah i know that rasengan can increase its size by adding more chakra

I think that Minato created the jutsu and perfected it, just as the Kakashi perfected Chidori into Raikiri

Minato died before he could perfect it. Kakashi stated such.

Him coming back as an Edo and doing it though, who knows.

He even did it with Kyuubi beast mode, so likely by then he had it down pat.

An incomplete tecnic is one you cant use or doesnt work. Rasengan is a complete tecnic. Minato just wanted to take it to another level reason it is said to be incomplete since he did not accomplish his desire. But Rasengan is as complete as a chidori. All functional. Reason that many know it.
