Because according to this guy, you're not allowed to post here if you're new at gfx and want to start with something simple. :|

Look, he's new to photoshop obviously and is only learning the filters and things like that. I can assure you I've seen much worse than this get looked at and people want to improve by getting criticism. People like you telling others to not post at all is stupid, as we all need to start somewhere.

I'm sorry for the off-topic stuff, but he was getting annoying and repetitive.
