[Discussion] (Bleach) "Zero Squad > Seretei" a lie?

So it was stated the Zero Squad themselves were overall stronger than all Seretei combined. I was thinking, If some captains didn't go evil/get banished etc, would the Zero Squad be near the Seretei in power/skill/ability? I personally think there's a team of 5 that could crush them big time lol
