If you compare manga worlds, you have to compare their advantages against each other aswell as their disadvantages. For instance, this guy saying Naruto characters can't see them? Why not? Chakra is half physical energy half spiritual so in a crossover of worlds that would mean yes that the Naruto characters can see them.
The shinobi are naturally faster than the Shinigami unless they are using Shunpo and I'd say fodder ninja are above fodder shinigami just because shinobi specialize in stealth and speed more so than the shinigami. The majority of bleach fodder suck at kido and don't even know their first release.
Naruto fodder > Bleach fodder - in my opinion.
Moving on to the powerful characters. Aizen would meet his match in the Uchiha because the Sharingan see's through any illusion. Although, even then he would still be a match for even the strongest of Naruto characters with his other skills alone even without his shikai.
Shinigami have an advantage in that out of Seretei they can all freaking fly or near enough. But this is dragging on too long so I'll just compare skills.
Naruto > Bleach in Speed besides a few rare gems like Yoruichi, Ichigo, Soifon etc. And even then, they can't compete with Naruto in his Bijuu mode speed.
Naruto > Bleach in hand to hand.
Ninjutsu > Kido just because of the sheer amount of Ninjutsu in comparison with Kido. There is like a jutsu for everything. Although, Kido in general are a bit more powerful than the average ninjutsu. Although, Ninjutsu is faster to use.
Bleach seems to be inheritently more powerful than Naruto. But to be honest, I'd say both verses are about equal just now. With Naruto being the stronger of the two worlds just because it seems the main character has received his final power up. And we've yet to see Ichigo's new Zanpakuto powers.
