Lol, it looks like i'm the only one who actually answered the question.

Byakuya's death was pretty brutal, but Yamamoto's was worse. The top part of his torso was removed from the rest of his body, his arm was sliced in half, and then the rest of his body was completely eviscerated.

That's why I said Kira dude never made it to the battlefield and he gets his arm blown off and a hole in his mid section that was pretty brutal.

Yama's disintegrated corpse was probly the most brutal out of any death in bleach. Thus far
Cut in half and then tries to move and gets his arm cut off for doing so. Then he is turned to ash pretty brutal.
