Chapter 67: "Kalin and X, Relatives?"
After it's over, when the smoke clears, Tamo is standing in front of Kalin with his mask on, it has a new design on it. The pentagram of Lucifer in red is inscribed on the forehead of the white mask. His eyes glow pink. His arm is bleeding and crushed. It snaps back into place. This reminds Kalin of the Vasto Lorde that killed her parents.
Grimmjow T: Again?
Kalin gasps in fear.
Kalin: Tamo...
She backed up slowly, then she grabbed her head.
Kalin: No...no.
Tamo: Sorry.
He takes his mask off, it shatters to pieces. His eyes returned to the usual crimson red. Kalin was still holding her head. She was also shaking in fear. Ravi flash steps to Kalin.
Tamo: Klawde, you can take care of the rest.
Klawde: Got it.
X: Kalin, are you okay?
He waited for a response.
X: Kalin?
Ravi: Kalin, you're still here. There's nothing wrong with being afraid.
Kalin turned back to normal.
Kalin(with a shakey voice): I'm sorry...

The scythe melts into floating lava.

X goes over to where Kalin is.
X: Is she alright?
Ravi: It's happened befo-...I've never noticed this until now.
X: What?
Ravi: You..have the same spirit signature as Kalin.
X: How is that possible? We'd have to be related, but I don't have any sisters.
Ravi: I don't know. What was your mother's name, Kalin?
Kalin: Teshima, and my father's name is Yoshiaki...why?
Ravi: X, who was your mother?
X: I don't remember.
Ravi: Since you don't remember your mother, would you happen to remember your father's name?
X: Not clearly.
Ravi: Do you remember a couple letters of his name at least?
X: All I remember is his name started with a Y.
Ravi: So that explains it.
X: Explains what?
Kalin fell asleep without anyone knowing. Ravi shakes Kalin awake.
Ravi: Kalin, wake up. This is no time to sleep.
Kalin sat up slowly.
Kalin: Sorry, Ravi.
She stood up.
X: Wow...you must be very tired. Hey, Tamo.
Tamo: Yeah?
X: Maybe you can put Kalin in that place you put me, so she can sleep, and regain her strength.
Tamo: Or I can put up a barrier.
X: That too, but in the other place, you guys can still fight without worring about her because she'll be safe. I'll stay with her just in case...unless you want to be with her, Ravi.
Ravi: I'm not going to be fighting again till we get to the 5th Circle. So I can stay with her in a barrier. Danku.
Ravi makes 6 Danku barriers with Kalin and himself in it. X nods, and turns to Tamo.
X: Well, that's settled.
Back to the fight.

Ravi: No.
Kalin lay down, and closed her eyes.
Kalin: I don't understand why I freeze up everytime I have a flashback.
Ravi: Sometimes, there is a price for everything.
Kalin: What do you mean?
She looked at him.
Ravi: As Moloch said, Sacrifice is the price for some things.
Kalin: I still don't understand why I have to have the flashbacks...Why must it be me? Linka never had the flashbacks.
She tried to hold the tears back, but couldn't.
Ravi: I don't know.
Klawde throws the lava at Asmodai. It doesn't affect him.
Asmodai: Nothing in Gehenna can affect me.
Klawde throws some more lava at him.
Asmodai: Fool!
As the lava lands on him, it starts to melt his armor.
Asmodai: How can this be?!
Klawde: I just mixed in my own with Hell's lava.
Asmodai makes a black flame barrier to expel the lava.
Klawde: Tamashī no Ro(Furnace of Souls)!
A flame flickers at the blade's tip.
