I've been watching Bleach for 3 weeks now.. And I am at episode 109 I skipped the Bounto arc.. But they are talking about Bounto in the canon have I missed something important?

No, whenever they refer to the Bount arc its filler, you wont hear about it in any of the canon related content. Trust me, you didnt miss anything lol
