Tried putting it through Google Translate, and got some mangled garbage. But it does say that Haschwalth is The Balance (Shocking revelation that literally no one saw coming) and that Uryu is The Antithesis, which essentially allows him to undo Yhwach's future manipulation. Probably fake, since I doubt Yhwach would be dirt stupid enough to give the guy he knows is a traitor the only power that can vie effectively with his. Then again, he gave a brain in a jar the powers of Omnipotence, so who knows? It also uses the word "Potato" More times than it really should.

Hello! I'm Sternritter R, The Retcon! I've inserted myself into the fullbringer arc, and you'll never know what it was like without me! (Kinda sh*t, dragged on a bit. Like the Fullbringer arc, but without any Tsukishima)
At least someone is acknowledging that this guy can warp reality on a whim. HE LITERALLY HAS THE POWER TO REWRITE THE MANGA.
Also, Orihime is fixing that useless piece of sh*t Bankai. Then Ichigo is going to reveal that the dual wielding was the Bankai all along, and he was bluffing when he used it on Yhwach.
