May I ask for your opinion on one thing? You seem very biased when it comes to bleach characters although I may be wrong. How strong or what tier would you put kenpachi in once he masters his bankai and can handle its full powers?

Offscreen. This is the final arc, he's not going to be able to master it and have a good fight with it.

Of course, if you knew my opinion on his Bankai, you would know that if he mastered it, he would be exactly as powerful as he always was, because his Bankai does nothing but give him horns.
