Doubt it, we will probably go back to Uryu v Hashwalth, which will lead into some sort of reveal about Yhwach. I say this because the next chapter will be 666, and Yhwach has basically been hinted at being the Anti-christ/anti-jesus of Bleach for a while now. He even had an upside down cross on his tower.

Do you really think Chapter 666 will mean anything? It's just a number, like any other. It's not like Naruto 666 or One Piece 666 had anything special.
