The first few pages of the chapter were literally the last few pages of the previous chapter, and it's not the only time Kubo has done this before. He wastes so many pages on stuff that we have already seen before. It's one of the reasons why this series suffers from poor pacing. Does Kubo think we all have dementia or something?

OT: 5/5 chapter. Lord Aizen is still soloing like always, despite having seals attached to him. I love seeing everyone reactions towards his release, as it just highlights how dangerous Aizen is, and I agree with Shunsui's approach to this whole crisis - fighting evil with evil. It's understandable, since they really need another power-house to stop Yhwach's plans.

Yeah, I agree. Even the Gotei 13 couldn't beat Aizen back during the Arrancar arc, so they actually need Aizen in order to beat Yhwach.

Lol yeah this chapter was bad it didn't have any progression but Kubo knows how to keep people reading. Pulling out Aizen again was a smart move
