Rukia's bankai appearance looks astounding, though Kubo should have given her also a different pair of shoes. Those traditional shinigami shoes don't fit the fancy ice robes.
But above all it seems we finally will get some Yashiro screen time. I've been waiting for ages to see how strong/weak she's now supposed to be.
I'm getting quite annoyed with these weird powers Kubo is giving the Quincies. First feeling fear and now the ability to completely disappear from someone's conscious in an instant. Unique abilities, but ones he never explains very clearly and as a result they're often contradictory and full of loopholes. I remember that there was a guy in the Medaka Box manga that has a similar ability, however the explanation behind it was that he was so overwhelming people automatically 'erase' him from their vision and 'suppress' him more or less in their memory (Medaka Box isn't very strong either when it comes down to explaining abilities).
