We will have a HUUUGE break, but Kubo better shows us Ichigo in the first chapter after the break... This is the only way to bear this break. Also, now Kyouraku makes it clear Ichigo will get a big p.up, we might see what is this p.up in the next chapter...

Am I the only one who thought this chapter was pants? Especially since the manga is going to take a long break, I expected a nice twist or an interesting turn at the end of the chapter. I'm not interested in what Kyoraku has to say to Ichigo's useless friends especially at a time like this. We should be seeing more of the Stern Ritter, more of what the captains are upto, more of the Shinigami training, Kenpachi's resolve, everyone's preparations before the great battle. What on earth is Kubo doing?

I'm sorry but recently Bleach has just been a total let down for me, far behind Naruto and I don't even need to mention One Piece. Bleach really needs to up it's game. 1/5

Really interesting chapter with Shunsui hyping Ichigo up, also concerning those soul tickets I doubt Isshin will need one.

Anyway the fact that there is such a little chance of Ichigo becoming to strong to stay in the world of the living proves to me I think Kubo is planning on him leaving...it just makes sense and it looks like Ichigo will have one last party before going.

Again I did not care for what Chad and Orihime where saying 'I don't want there to be fights bla bla"

The Quincy's invading again? I think where going to see Uryu be badass, he'll most likely kill Mayuri here but I'm curious was it just the 3 of them invading?

I'm glad Kubo is taking a break... he'll have time to truly focus on ending on a very, very high note.

A good chapter.... but as it is the last one before the break i wanted some more hints about what is to come and what is the present condition of SS and Ichigo.

Kyuraku gave hint about Ichigo's power up so i am hoping to see some of it after the break... As he mentioned it must be a huge one to prevent him from staying in the real world...

SS got completely substituted by vandenreich hideout..... i didn't quite get it...??

So it looks like Bleach is having its last call. Confirmed in this weeks issue of jump. Here and here. Rough translation is as follows:


After this weeks issue, Bleach will be on hiatus from Jump 35-40. Starting from jump 41 (09/09), the last arc "1000 years Blood Ward Arc - The Separation Story" will start.

Before the last battle, i will be going on a long hiatus so that I can approach the final battle fully charged and give it my absolute all. When the manga resumes, please prepare yourselves for the "1000 years Blood Ward Arc - The Separation Story".

Great chapter though, but I didn't thought that the war will approach so fast.
