Interesting plot twist = Ichigo has actually been dead ever since he first regained his powers (Urahara cutting his soul chain) and the body he's been going into has been a Gigai specially created by Urahara.

This is a more correct version of the translation...and it seems to me the important message was to tell them them they would be eventually parting way with Ichigo.

I could totally see that happening! What Shunsui said has really had me thinking that this might be where things are going. I don't see why Kubo would introduce the Soul King and then not have it be significant in some way. And for Ichigo's friends to have to part ways with him? Something is definitely coming. Imagine- Ichigo becomes Soul Prince/Soul King and Uryuu becomes leader of the Quincies. There are two ways for that to go- 1) they form an alliance to show that everyone can coexist in the spirit realm or 2) Kubo pulls a Kishi and has the two friends be enemies again. If I had to pick though I would say the first would be the best since Ichigo is the embodiment of all the types of spiritual identities (i.e. Shinigami, Vizard, Hollow, Quincy, etc.).

Yeah I know about that, I'm asking about the future. Plus he didn't even fight Aizen when Urahara, Isshin and Yoruichi did even though he's Captain Class.

I thought he goes into his real body. Because remember the time before they entered SS for the first time, and Urahara made Senkaimon + Reishi converter, Ichigo didn't need the Reishi converter since he could take his soul out of his body. Or maybe idk xD

Pretty decent chapter overall.. I really wanna see what Ichigo's new Zanpakuto is capable of.. I have always thought Ichigo was going to leave for Soul Society eventually I mean he is nobility there being a Shiba and all.

Also why are there some people thinking that Shunsui will be a villain? Dude's far too laid back for anything like that.. Seriously

No I meant Urahara, before he regained his powers Urahara had Tessei cut the chain of his soul.

For the second point it wouldn't really matter since Ichigo went through the Senkaimon in his Shinigami form so he didn't really need to use his body the converter I think was mainly used for Chad, Orihime and Uryu.

But for the record I class my theory as having 5-10% chance of happening maybe even less so you're probably right.

shunsui's appearance in the real world was pretty unexpected, it did make me a little uneasy at first but i just cant see kubo turning him into some sort of villian and does ichigo still have his hollow powers?
