Too be honest I was actually pleased with this chapter, as it gave "some" background to what happened to the rest of the quincies but also raised some questions about some of them as well. But at least we are learning some of the names of the Stern Ritters, their habit's and how smart some of them are.

But I am very curious as to just what the hell Kisuke, Sado, and Inoue are up to

My guess is they were doing a little research on kirge's Quincy tool for stealing bankai's that would be the most logical thing. But why they were split up in the first place is beyond me were they rallying troops.

To be honest, this chapter kind of bored me. It established a few plot points, but I really didn't care for it much. The ending did perk my interest though, especially with Orihime and Sado returning.
I'm looking forward to Grimmjow finally returning, which I have a feeling will be very soon. When Sado said everyone is already here, I'm HOPING this implies Grimmjow is among the 'everyone' ^.^
Hopefully there will be some more action or interesting stuff going on in the next few chapters. Otherwise, a 3/5 for me.
