Bach is the leader of Quincies, he is ABOVE sternritters, just like Aizen was above all Espadas, even above Espada 0

to top it all, i think Ryuuken or Uryu are the strongest Quincy xd would go with Ryuuken, at least for now xd

Another is that he has killed other beings besides humans. Hollows, Arrancers, Quincies, Shinigami, Souls in general I'm sure, etc.

Also we are not counting people who are alive right now, were counting people who have died and we can't be sure how many people have ever existed in the last 1000 years between earth, soul society, and Hueco Mundo. Yama is way older than 1,000 years old. He formed the academy that still exists in SS over 2,000 years ago and he was still considered an old man then.

The actual squads and organization of them and his fight with Bach happened around 1,000 years ago.

Who ever said he was the letter B? On top of that he's the one who has been giving out the letters and as far as I know it has never been stated that their letters indicate their strength based on the alphabet.
