3rd quincy with hollow power and can use bankai/shinigami power

Yeah, that's exactly what I thought but after I got to the part where Ivan said "It didn't vanish", I thought that Quicksilver was right.

But still, Hollow (Or whatever it is) Quincy's being able to seal a Bankai is just as retarded as Quincy's themselves going into Bankai, with a Zanpakuto.

It would also make sense then that they are able to steal the Bankai for themselves. Which is why Ivan provoked Ichigo into using it, so he could steal it. That would then make what Sasakibe said about the Vandenreich true.

That sounds like something Kubo would do but it's impossible since everyone has his own unique Zanpakuto which is bound to ones spirit. So I doubt that they could actually steal / use it.
