Chapter 14- Infiltration
Soul Society?s Research and Development Bureau?established over 200 years ago by former 12th Division Captain, Urahara Kisuke. He was the first head of the department. For over 150 years, the Research Institute had been connected only to the 12th Division, but 50 years ago it was moved to the 13th Division by its current captain, Kiyoshi Roku. Always the curious one, Roku has successfully made many advances in the research of Soul Society and has improved development over 3 fold.
One main room of the building suddenly exploded in a huge blast of ice that froze everyone in the room temporarily. Emperor walked in with a gun and pointed it at the ice. He pulled the trigger, and as soon as he did, a red swarm of reiatsu covered the ice and it thawed out after a minute.
Emperor: More experimentation with the device, Captain?
Roku:
? Yeah, kind of?>_>
Emperor: So?how?s it now? Is it?complete yet? O_O
Roku: Almost?I don?t need these robots anymore. Dispose of them quickly and perform a spirit particle sweep so that all of the excerpts from this thing are not remaining.
Emperor: Yes sir!
Emperor went to the assistants that were working with Roku and he shut them off. When he did, he began carrying them one by one out of the door and into the Reishi Compactor to dispose of them. Roku held up a small sphere of spiritual diamond that shined so greatly. It had a rainbow-like luster but was as clear as glass. In the center of the sphere was a small compact flame of pure reiatsu that seemed to have insane power by the way it glowed and fluttered around inside the sphere. Roku took a sword made of steel and tried to stab it into the sphere, but when t hit the sphere, the blade snapped in half.
Roku: It?s perfect!
Urahara: I never thought you would make it even greater than it was before, and with this, we will be able to defeat the Sangre and forever cleanse the world of the evil spirits, thus reducing the amount of Hollows in Hueco Mundo drastically. Shall we call it the Hogyoku 2?
Roku: No?it will be called the Chishiogan (Blood Sphere). O_O How?s that for a relevant title, huh?
Urahara: Sounds good to me.
Meanwhile in the east Rukongai District of 78, dead bodies of shinigami lay on the ground covered in blood, and the ryoka stood over them with blood-stained weapons. One of the ryoka had red hair and wore a green kimono and another had his/her entire face covered.
Ryoka 1: Wow?these guys were weak as hell. Anyways, guys, let?s get out of here quickly and proceed to finish our conquest of Seireitei. You know what we need.
Ryoka 2: There?s no way we can beat the 13 Court Guard Captains, though.
Ryoka 3: That?s a good point, but all we need to do is avoid them, and we?ll be as powerful as the Head Captain is by the time we reach our destination.
Ryoka 4: Alright, then let?s hurry up and go!
In Seireitei, another Ryoka had already invaded Seireitei and appeared in one of the squad barracks. He was wearing a black jinbei and had long, wavy blonde hair. He walked past the guards and snuck into the main quarters of the building where seven other shinigami were mingling and taking their breaks. At the top of one wall, the division insigna was hung.
Ryoka: >.> I can?t make a scene in front of all these shinigami, or soon I?ll be fighting off a whole bunch of em?.
4th Division Member: Did you hear something? 0_0
4th Division Member (2): Nah. It?s probably just those damn 11th Squad Members?always making noise. -_-
The Ryoka snuck out of the room by using an unnamed kidou spell to make himself invisible. He carefully sneaked his way past the other division members and entered the relief station storage area, where he found a few shinigami robes for himself. He grabbed one of the bags in the storage room and stuffed 6 more shinigami robes into the bag after putting on one of his own. When he existed the storage, he easily blended in as one of the 4th Squad?s.
Ryoka: Hello, nurses. You?re doing a great job. Keep it up ^_^
Nurse: Thank you very much?umm?who are you again?
Ryoka: Oh, I?m a new recruit. Just came into this Squad yesterday.
Nurse: Well then, welcome to the 4th Division. Be sure to pick up your relief team sash and equipment.
Ryoka: I will?
The Ryoka sprinted out of the building and escaped from the 4th Squad Barracks. He walked through the roads for about two hours before he came to another squad. It was nighttime now, and most of the Divisions around Seireitei were asleep. One member of the squad passed by carrying a stack of paperwork in his hands. He gave the Ryoka a funny look and the Ryoka returned the look.
Ryoka: Excuse me?but?what?s a 3rd Division Member doing in the 8th Division?
???: Oh?well, I?m the 3rd Seat of the 3rd Squad, Hasashi, and I?m turning in my paperwork for Captain Hisakata to look at.
Ryoka: Why not give it to your captain, sir?
Hasashi: Well with Captain Yumichika retiring in a few days, he?s very busy with finding who?s best for the job because he doesn?t want someone?umm?not-beautiful to take over his squad >_> So I deliver his paperwork for him nowadays.
Ryoka: I see. Carry on?<_<
Suddenly, a man with silver hair wearing a white captain?s haori walked out of one of the Squad Barracks and went over to Hasashi.
Akira: Ahh, you brought it. Thanks
Hasashi: It was nothing really, captain Hisakata. All I had to do was walk through the central stationary tunnel for a few miles, and the rest was easy?
Akira: (I think you?re overdoing it a little?>.>) Damn Yumichika. He should leave Captain Scouting to the big dogs like Zanji and Hitsugaya. Okay, what?s your name?
Hasashi: Hasashi, sir!
Akira: Sure. Hasashi, you may leave. And you! O_O *looks to the right*
Ryoka: Yes? O_O
Akira: I haven?t seen you around. Who are you?
Ryoka: Oh?I?m a guard for your squad. Please forgive me captain, but I?m on guard at night.
Akira: Very well then, carry on. ~_O

The Ryoka kept patrolling until Akira and Hasashi were out of sight, and then he jumped to the rooftops and looked toward the Seijōtōkyorin.
Ryoka: Prepare yourself, Central 46. In one week, we strike. *smirks*
