Here it says that 'NEW EPISODE' will be shown on Animax. Now whether these new episodes are episodes that already exist and aren't displayed on Animax before, or they are really new episodes, we must wait and see.

As far as we know, the anime is not returning. It would be really great if we could see the current arc animated, it would also provide closure to the hardcore Bleach fans.
