7. Ulquiorra has secunda etapa
8. Yammy being 0 espada
9. Kugo's betrayal
10. Unohana is First Kenpachi
11. Uryu's betrayal
12. Old Man Zangetsu is Bach from 1000 years ago

Well the fact that no other espada had a 2nd tranformation is a twist, maybe not a plot twist but it's still a twist.

OT: For me? The fact that Ichigo is Half shinigami half Quincy. I thought his mom was human up until this latest arc. so that was a twist for me.

Tie, Aizen being a villain and Ichigo's mother being Quincy. Both were huge mind ***** and I didn't see coming.

Old man "Zangetsu" is actually the manifested spirit of Ichigo's quincy powers. That was mind-blowing, and it actually make sense.
