What did the captain mean when he told ichigo friends that they would eventully part ways with ichigo ?

Also if on the battle with izen , ichigo had lost his powers,, aka zangetsu an hollow ichigo,,,,,, how is it after he lost his fulbring powers, an rukia stabed him with the new sword for him to regain soul reaper powers, how is it zangetsu returned ?

when zangetsu was his quincy powers, so iwhen zangetsu said he was supressing ichigo powers , did he mean that ichigo didnt loose any powers in the aizen fight ??? an that zangetsu just hid it for a little while an made ichigo believe he was powerless , an thats how he got fullbring?

As for your 2nd question don't know and last one the fake Zangetsu had always surpressed Ichigo's powers b/c he was about to use his Quincy abilities
