why, because he has been working on "one of the better" anime/manga for the past 9 years in the past 30 years of great anime/manga's that he doesnt deserve a damned break here and there?

Besides, some of the weeks off without a chapter or episode are professional marketing points to increase hype. especially for cliff hanger or climatic chapters.
