OMG!!! YOU ALL SUCK! I signed up to this site just to say KENPACHI IS NOT STRONGER THAN ICHI!!!!!! Ichigo had not had a break or ANY HEALING from the fight with Grimjow! Ichigo was already weak!!!! Seiously people. Think logically for one sec! Ichigo was already wounded and he couldnt bring out his mask again for a while because he used it too much. Obviously he would get pwnd. Kenpachi beat him barely even with full health/energy!!!! @_@
Ichigo actually isn't stronger. Everybody is failing to see that every fight Kenpachi has is sheerly for his enjoyment. Meaning that he's going to fight at a level that allows him to enjoy a fight, thats why he wears his eyepatch along with the bells which suck up a decent chunk of his reiatsu. And then there is his fighting style which isn't even a style half the time. Kenpachi is a brawler who uses rudimentary basic techniques when fighting just so he can enjoy himself.
As we've seen, Kenpachi is essentially the power-player of the Bleach universe. He was toying with Nniotra the whole time, even allowing himself to be injured so as to draw the fight out and enjoy himself even more. Nniotra is not a character to be brushed off in any manner. Also we know he is the 5th Espada, meaning he's more powerful than Grimmjow. And unless everybody forgot, Ichigo had one hell of a time fighting Grimmjow. What makes you think he could have beaten Nniotra?
Kenpachi has repeatedly shown throughout the series that he doesn't mind losing or fighting at lower levels just so he can enjoy himself. When Ichigo beat Kenpachi it was Kenpachi fighting at a lower level of strength and without utilizing Kempo which is basically the Zaraki equivalent to Bankai. So seeing as how Kenpachi was able to toy with Nniotra who is obviously stronger than Grimmjow and then in the end just used a single attack to kill him would make Kenpachi a great deal stronger than Ichigo if Kenpachi were to honestly not hold back and walk into a fight only wanting to end it in the blink of an eye. You need to pay attention to the facts as opposed to saying you do.
As for Kenpachi not having full energy/health yes he did. Obviously he did, he had gone the entire fight toying with Nniotra. Just note his behavior and actually pay attention to the fight and how it develops. Kenpachi was purposly fighting at lower levels so that he could enjoy himself. It wasn't until the end that he decided to take it up to his full power which then resulted in an instant death for nniotra. Once again, Kenpachi TOYED with Nniotra, an enemy far stronger than Grimmjow and not only won but was able to kill him with a single attack that could have ended the fight in the beginning. Kenpachi is a character who will only lose when he decides to limit himself for his own enjoyment. There, argument done, proven and said. There isn't any speculation, its all fact. Don't like it then oh well.

damn exactly what i expected, ichigo turning into an hollow is great now the real fight starts all thanks to Orihime she's a very good Cheerleaders
