Again the magicaly Eye patch mysteriouly apeared on his eye after he trow it away .
That was quite stupid, that Kenpachi reatsu could deflect Senbonzakuras bankai

Not too sure I'm feeling the Kenpachi SSJ power ups.......at least this isn't the manga. I also saw that eye patch just somehow finding its way back onto Kenpachi's head, I was like, WTF?!

he probably was able to deflect it because the strength of a zanpakutou's attack just doesn't come from the zanpakutou itself, but from its wielder, so theoretically the power would be decreased if it was just the zanpakutou spirit using the attack.

How many off you actually paid attention to what was said in the ep, the reason he was hit by the regular shikai, was because that massive reiatsu burst isn't something he can cook up like a pot noodle, he used it solely to clear the battlefield, hence Byakuya says that must have chewed though a lot of kenpachi's reiatsu, it was a sacrifice so he could battle with no interference, not a defense against senbonsakura
As for his eye patch, it's a living creature, so it's possible it found it's own way back to him.
