Bolt doesn't have that shit. It's a mutated doujutsu. It sees differently, and the only thing it's retained that can be accredited to the Byakugan is being able to see the Chakra Pathway System and CP's, but in essence, it diverges from said doujutsu.

How you believe that Bolt's doujutsu is mainly Hinata sounds stupid, and delusional.

It's factual he barely got it, and it was because it was necessary that he gets it so he wouldn't fare out badly in the long run, as Sarada has her own innate potential, as does Mitsuki.

Why are people saying it's a mutated dojutsu? We don't know its origins specifically. All we know is that it's attributed to his Hyuga blood. With that being said, we can't rule out mutation.
