Have you ever wondered why there are almost no black people in Naruto or any other anime/manga?

In Japan 1.6% of the population are foreigners. That comes out to 2,039,207 people. Most of the Foreigners are from Asia or the Americas.

Most black people tend to be US troops that ended up becoming citizens in Japan. They are centered around the US military bases.

Oh man, when I read the thread title, I though it was about black people not liking Naruto. But anyway, I'm black (Actually Mixed, but almost all black) and I love Naruto.

Other than that, I'm surprised that Uchiha Fanboys havn't started making Threads with Sasuke using the new Genjutsu on other characters..... That's a good way to start a Flame War.... But something tells me that a thread like that is coming pretty soon.....
