BB gets up from some ridiculously strong point blank attacks and seeing as he took down Ace who's in my opinion on a similar position with Enel, I give this to BB I know A>B & B=C so A must be >C mentality isn't good in a discussion but it sort of fits here(for me anyway)

That logic works here because he took down Ace without Whitebeard's fruit. He would own Ace with it IMO.

First off he didn't "tank" Whitebeards attacks he took them, and almost died when Whitebeard had him on the ground with his hand around his head. He only "tanked" Sengoku's attacks because he had Whitebeards' power. Ace's flames still hit him due to his Yami yami no mi so Eneru's lightning would hit him as well. While fire is painful Electricity is way more lethal.
