NOTE: THIS IS A RANT/PREDICTION THREAD U_U

People, say Blackbeard and Akainu are the worst and baddest people in One Piece. It may be true their actions support this but their actions support their postions.

1. What Blackbeard did was a pirate thing to do, eliminate other pirates [Ace & Whitebeard who were a threat to him]
2. Akainu was only doing his job. People forget, the whole Marineford war took place because of it was meant to be for executing Ace in the first place. Lol

------------------------------------------------------------------
I'm also not hating on the Straw-Hats, just trying to think rationally :cool:
====================================================

All people think that Akainu & Blackbeard are the worst bad person alive in OP. Despite this being the truth somewhat , it also makes the straw-hats bad people. Everywhere they go, they wreck havoc. Put their noses in where they shouldn't even, defeat and possibly destroy an pirate crew/organisation sometimes. Afterwards they get treated like heroes [ in most cases they are heroes like in Fishman Island ]. But there are 2 sides to see this.

1) Helping out random people or a country or a person even may make you a good person in their eyes but in the opposition's eyes you are a enemy, threat and are despised of.

2) You are destroying an organisation/pirate crew which upsets them. They would've taken them time to recruit members and get strong and put things into place but then the mugi-wara's come and destroy all their hopes. [ got inspiration from seeing Doffy saying goodbye to Vergo & Monet :( ]

Therefore, i have reason to believe that in the Final War which will be Straw-hats + alliances will be be against WG + BB + Allies [ people who the straw hats have ruined ]

your trying to look at one piece with logic in this story evil and good can be seen not by the organizations but by the actions of the character and black beard isnt going to last until the last war but the world government will

Yep, you got it right, it is both ways. pain even said in naruto that" your peace is our war".

Good and bad are just arbitrary concepts, but that's going to deep for a manga. You need to just suspend disbelief and accept strawhats as the heroes but maybe it's all down to personal opinions.

Teach is not an issue. He's a pirate doing whatever he likes. The problem is with those who claim justice and doing whatever is for world peace, but it's not. But then again, some sacrifices/violating rules and laws are needed to achieve world peace. It's real.

It appears that many forgot the phrase "Peace-Main".

Yeah but the thing with BB & Akainu is that their actions to achieve what they want is terrible. For example, pirates are known for respecting their own crewmates however BB betrayed one of them just to get closer to the title of PK. He's a back-stabber. The fact that he killed his ex-crewmates just for more power, makes him a villain. As for Akainu, he wasn't really thinking rationally and even Coby tried to talk some sense to him he decided to attack Coby (that punch would of gave him serious life-threatening injuries). They both share common similarities, they attack their own allies for dominance/power & their actions in achieving their goals are morally wrong. Also we don't know why BB really wants to become PK but he can easily assume it's not for having the most freedom on the sea (Luffy's intention of becoming PK). BB is pretty much power hungry which gives off this greedy-vibe to him & gives him villainous traits.

There's a word for what they are: antagonists.

They are not villains, because distinguishing evil in OP is useless. There are cruel people fighting for good, then there are good guys who are criminals. The lines are blurred, and that's what's so great about it.
