It's a little messed up but it's Admiral - Teach

Then it says 'Ten Titanic Captains' and I only see 9 pictures and I can't think of who they're missing. What am I not seeing?

Aokiji is in the allies section of the table on the graph and the horse is a companion.

It was never confirmed who the 10th Commander is. Stronger is considered a companion in as much as Hancock's Salome. Burgess referred to Kuzan as a recent ally. Hence his omission or rather categorization as such. Whoever the 10th person is, he/she was recruited post Marineford and pre Kuzan alliance. Blackbeard's Commanders are all taller than Admirals (10 Feet). Hence the moniker.

I think that Shanks has been playing everyone. I think him and BB are in an alliance and as soon as the Kaido-BM alliance falls, BB will announce Shanks as his tenth captain and prepare to destroy the world.
