He's pretty tight. Seeing how he was the actual leader and not Zamasu was a plus too. It'd be tight if he could survive and participate in the 12verse tournament but alas he must die for all he's done.

Zamasu is the first villiain in DBZ with a good goal.

-Frieza: His daddy told him he was the strongest in the universe. His daddy game him an army and told him to rule the universe. He's a spoiled brat.

-Androids: They're programmed to kill Goku.

-Cell: The machine told him he can become a perfect being. So he fights to become what the machine told him.

-Buu: He was created to destroy things. He enjoys destroying things.

-Zamasu: He dissaproves human behavior, and thinks the world would be better off without them. He wants to erradicate all of them to accomplish his goal of a world without violence.

I agree with EZQ. Black/Zamasu is finally a villain who has a reasonable goal, only the way he tries to achieve it makes him "evil". This arc in general is by far the best from the entire DB franchise so far in my opinion.

Cell's goal to achieve perfection and continue improving while roaming the universe, was pretty good as well.
Vegeta's goal to become immortal and seek revenge for his planet and family was good too.
Though King Piccolo and Piccolo's original goal was pretty conventional, the arc was choreographed well, and it had the feels.
