Black Zetsu's creation.

This was a ramdom thread and needed other opinions so, let's end this.
Was Black Zetsu created before the Juubi was sealed into Hagoromo or right before Chibaku Tensei?
from my knowledge he was created before Chibaku Tensei and afterwards it started manipulating Indra, thus Indra's bitterness towards Asura.
What do you guys think.

He knows the whole story, but it could just be from what he learned through his brothers and his mother.
From MY knowledge BZ hinted that he was the youngest brother.
So he could really have no idea.

Yea, I believe that is what led to its creation, not during the jinchuuriki ritual prior to the Chibaku Tensei seal
