So did Kaguya creat BZ the same way so6p created the Bijuu? Black Zetsu looks like the same stuff as the Truth Seeking Orbs, maybe she gave life to him the way the sage did.

I don't think it's confirmed what he's made out of, I think it's confirmed that truth seeking balls are a fusion of all basic elements reinforced by sage chakra, I think Kaguya doesn't posses sage chakra so it make sense by fusing the five basic elements and using yin yang chakra black zetsu created, but I think see subconsciously created him.

Black Zetsu is made of the same material as the Black Orbs. Why do I know this? Because he was wrapped in Kaguya's arm as a weapon - just like the Black Orbs flying around as tools waiting to be used.

Kaguya is a goddess. No, I don't mean it in a perverted way - I mean she really is a goddess. What this means is that she created Black Zetsu just by thinking about him.
