1- No, I don't think so. Too many plot twist in that fashion would be repetitive, thus a bad move from Kishimoto's part.

2- I don't think so, yet it is hard to prove or deny.

3- Yin-Yang release should do the job, since it is able to erase everything from existence (as it was stated when such release was applied to the black substance of the Juubi's Jinchuriki).
Edit: Sealing jutsu should also work (aside of the ones that seal the soul, since I seriously doubt that Black Zetsu has a soul).
