Nah man that was just how his clothing appears in from Sasuke's vision.

His actually body were blackened, just like Madaras.

i'm sorry you're right.. black stuff appears white. i was confused cause the black zetsu part of obito was white while limbo madara's are also white. but the black parts of madara's clothing are also white and madara's black arms.
