Did Madara make him with or without the rinnegan?

I agree. Black Zetsu is NOT a part of White Zetsu or Hashirama's cells or the Rinnegan. Thats why I wrote this thread today:

In the Manga you posted, it obviously shows madara created the Black Zetsu half directly from his own jutsu (Will). It was not a "whole" zetsu that was infused with the will of Madara, but half of a white zetsu was used to create the whole zetsu, the body of the black zetsu is shown being directly created from Madara himself.

I don't think he notice anything I think that was his body giving out on him that's why he dropped to one knee
