As we see here Black Zetsu is still on the prowl, White Zetsu is dead but he still lurks around as we see him here with Tobi

Also he fights the Mizukage and a few random ninjas in another chapter but that content was removed along with half of the Madara vs Kages fight, so where do you think he is at right now and do you think he will play a role in the upcoming chapters? Also if he were to choose between the two Madara and Obito, who do you think he would side with if they split?

Yeah that is what made me curious about his whereabouts but those chapters were removed so I cannot give a link of the chapter since it has been removed for some odd reason.
