Black Zetsu > White Zetsu?

Okay... I don't quite get this at the moment... But if it's been prooven that Hashirama is better than Madara - then why is Black Zetsu ''supposedly'' stronger than White Zetsu? o-o;; ? :shrug:

I think it's because the black zetsu thinks about what he's going to do while the white half is reckless
