Yes, but logically if the force is great enough it should crush all your bones. Madara also tanked Naruto's lava rasenshuriken and Sasuke's black chidori which are both piercing attacks and didn't suffer asny more damage than being in half for a few minutes. The fact that Zetsu's jab was actually able to pierce through his heart says a lot about his power.
