yea, slowpoke is in the manga, and in the games, and anime...but so are bushes and trees..except the environment in pokemon plays a bigger role than slowpoke. The only time slowpoke is important is when a trainer playing the videogame decideds to use one on his/her team. Magikarp is more wanted than slowpoke.
