Black Zetsu should've been the final villain

IMO Black Zetsu should've been the final villain. It would be cool if he was able to copy the powers of those he attached himself to. A final villain with all of Kaguya's, Obito's and Zetsu's powers would be epic.

He's a walking Gudodama, besides will manifestation/yinyang of some sort he can only use mokuton when attached to a zetsu body.

If he were to be the final villain, the body he is using would end up killing because the control will eventually be broken.

black zetsu with white zetsu body is too weak and git one shot by a kid

Only spiral,black zetsu, with a bunch of white zetsu clones will pretty interesting

No, his role as Kaguya's helper in the final battle is fine. He was always the right hand of the current (supposed) main villain (Nagato, Obito, Madara, Kaguya), he doesn't fit as a stand alone villain.
