Madara already bit his arm way before the last clash and Hashirama showed know knowledge prior to this scan. Even when revived as edo tensei he didn't know. Regardless of whatever you think Hashirama cared or not after Madara was dead, the manga showed that Hashirama never knew in the first place to even voice is concern about him taking his tissue or not. Not that hard to understand.

I showed you all the scans of uchiha blood and the definition directly from the manga on what a kekka genkai means and how an ordinary person like Kakashi utilize it because he's not of that blood line. 2. Danzo used izanagi multiple times because of senju dna, and he had no control over it. Izanagi is not purposed to be used multiple times like that. You cast it once and control it from there without needing to take a break.

Funny part is that izanagi is a power of both uchiha and senju, you don't need a kekkai genkai to use it when you have a sharingan and senju powers inside of you to use the incomplete version.
