Well if you think about it, BZ already succeeded in his plan because his mother was revived. If she gets sealed that is on her and so that shouldn't take away form BZ and his plan working.

First things first Aizen's plan had a greater impact and more worthwhile reveal then Zetsu and he only did it in a hundred years, Then Zetsu's plan will come to an end while Aizen's will carry on through Ichigo you just wait to he reveals his true plan.
