Narutardo fans always say he's stronger than Sasuke even though Sasuke hasn't shown his full abilities yet. Just wait and see.

Sasuke is the better strategist. + he has the sharingan + rinnegan which we haven't seen it's full power yet.

Madara was more concerned with sasuke, so yeah it would make sense if BZ was more concerned with sasuke too, since it's because of him that naruto + a couple of others are still alive and fighting, or not caught in that genjutsu...
