Well that's basically what B&W avatars consist of, I don't see how any further effects would make it look better.

and you avatar is what something you made from scratch .....did you make the movie then draw the shark then color it all yourself

most avis are cropped stock with a few adjustment either because anything more would make then look bad or because you wanna gfx but not in the mood to put maximum effort in
