In most anime there are always black and white people around, sometimes in groups
sometimes all over the place.. but we hardly see people who look like an actual asian or chinese/Japanese guy.
they even have gay people in animes but no chinese or asian people lmao..

Why are they doing this ? do they dislike their own race ?​

Colours in Japanese art ( anime is an extension) is often symbolic. Usually it's not even the same verse as ours so the same ethnicity don't even exist or help in alienating from normal verse.
