In Chapter 602 We can see clearly Zetsu stufff created by Hashirama's cell but if we look closely they aren't finish in final form just a kind of human shape. Not saying about Tobi(Just Armor/Suit one) Zetsu's have not any face or another thing. And why Zetsu's not there for Obito. Just Madara talked to him. There is no any alive Zetsu. If they are created before Obito's come. At least Tobi would be there, he is so goofy for this. So i believe Madara didn't want to create something from Hashirama's at all. He needs to kind of another DNA for personality or behaviors. He just use Hashiramas DNA for create pure body not another parts." Like looking ". And in Chapter 603 or we see him several times.

We just see Tobi suit and White Zetsu(original one) Just have right side of it like Obito and kind a look similiar, Hair shape and wounded parts. Head to legs.

And We didn't see Black Zetsu. In common too many people say, White Zetsu is Hashirama / Black is Madara's DNA. but i believe Zetsu is created from Obito's DNA. If We can look closely Black Zetsu is more arrogant, more aggressive. and less wounded same part.Looking like a regular shinobi in half (even he's got shoes lol). So I want to discuss this, What's your points about Zetsu? And about Tobi, it's clearly created for being a suit like iron man lol for control him and for brainwashed.( Obito will see Rin's dying thanks to Tobi Suit and He'll awake MS and goes rampage. Black Zetsu was probably just made later. Zetsu Mk.II maby.
I just don't see why they didn't make more bleck Zetsus, since they have wood techniques.

I think Madara created the Zetsu bodies to treat himself so that he can live longer. He also needed the Zetsus to go on the surface and remain hidden and collect bodies for sharigan. I'm not sure where Black zetsu came from either. If Madara had not already created it then maybe Obito had something to do with it.

And o Man I just love the idea of Obito watching Rin die. That'd be so raw one of the best chapters ever.

Yes, He'll watch and can't do anything i think. It would be great chapter. And yes it's the other thing for Zetsu's creation, aid / help to Madara cause he can not get away from Gedo Mazo, and he needs to know what's going on earth. But i think there is a really huge connection between Zetsu and Obito.

Yes he's a good boy and it suits well to Obito since he has one eye slot either. It's made for obito either not for Madara due to he has just right eye.

I think he is made from white zetsu and Madaras body. So when Madara was revived with rinne tensei he would be able to fuse with this Zetsu replacing the white part and become complete / have more life

Hmmm... Maybe consuming zetsus and became a real immortal. It's really interesting theory. After these chapter, everything is possible in NarutoVerse ^^
