Just saying has anyone applied an escaped Danzo to theory? it could be that the seals he had on him against sasuke were more for last minute bluff escapes, rather than an attack.

Naruto didn't know anything about him, he realised that he is the uchiha that Sasuke told him about. I also think that Shin is some kind of experiment maybe the hooded guy created him. No idea who the hooded guy is but I tend to think Orochimaru is involved.

Him and Orochimaru have been making people for years. A new body (especially with Orochimaru's abilities) doesn't seem too farfetched.
