Black Panther vs Kirin

To clear it up I'm no sasuke hater, Kirin's strength is undeniable. But based on the things I've stated I've come the conclusion that black panther might be able to tie with kirin.

Close to it, it doesnt make difference for a human perception. And yeah, its literally meangless if Raiki can cut through Kirin.

A bigger lightning cutter could cut it though, and depedning on the angle a simple rakari could make a cut in it if kakashi could fly lol.

Black Lightning may be stronger - however, Kirin is larger and its speed is fast as f*ck.

That's one of the advantages I listed for kirin, but the qualities of BL may allow it to overcome kirin.

Black Lightning is probably stronger. Kirin is a larger scale jutsu so if they went up against each other, Kirin would win, but I'm sure Darui has a large scale black lightning technique that could beat Kirin.

I'm a little late to this, but I would say that we can't be the judge of which would win if they clashed because we simply do not know enough about black lightning.

Obviously it is very powerful as evidenced by its effective use by Darui. Also, it is rare, since only Darui has it. This would lead one to the (speculative) conclusion that it is more powerful than normal lightning (chakra or natural).

I will say this though, black lightning is far more useful and versatile in combat than Kirin.

You clearly don't get the concept of Kirin. Kirin is made from natural lighting. Zetsu said that it was on a higher scale than any jutsu used from nature transformation alone.

The same lightning cutter that couldn't go through Raikage's lightning chakra?
